WELCOME>>>>I'M STILL BUILDING THIS SITE BUT PLEASE JOIN ANYWAY!!
My name is Dianne Keast I am a part-time EFT ACUPRESSURE Practitioner and a full time Mom. I have several sites dedicated to sharing the gift of healing through EFT.
This is my newest site and I'm still putting it together so please hang in there.
In the mean time here is my story and some information about EFT Acupressure.
I started with EFT several years ago, I began using to to manage my stress, aches and pains, and to help my baby get through teething.
I had suffered from fobromyalgia for years....as I used EFT for my daily stress the disease just faded away and has not returned. I used it on my hay fever and allergy to potatoes.... they are also gone!
I was so pleased with my results that I taught EFT to everyone who would listen to me.
I then attended several trainings as well as taking on line tele-courses, studying the videos and news letters from emofree.com, I then studied the EFT for golf and sports performance.
A few my teachers and trainers have been: Alina Frank, Dr. Kiya Immergluck, Dr. Patricia Carrington, Gary Craig, Rebecca Marina, Steven Ladd and many others.
I now do EFT every day as part of my self-care routine as well as assisting others through my practice and support groups. WHAT IS EFT:
EFT is a relaxing form of self-applied acupressure.
EFT often works when all else fails.
No matter what you are struggling with right now EFT can make your process easier by removing the effects of negative emotions and stress.
It has been my experience that when we remove lingering negative emotions( anger, fear, resentment and shame etc..) growth and healing of all kinds just seems to happen. I invite you to find out for yourself.
EFT was developed by Stanford engineer Gary Craig and and has been in used since the early 1990’s, it is based on the work of Dr. Roger Callahan. This system has become phenomenally successful and has changed the lives of countless people around the world.
Wisely, Gary knew that people would respond well to a procedure that was easy to learn and could be preformed in just a few minutes and of course, most importantly, it had to work. He spent 30 years streamlining the procedure to get the most effect in the least time.
Today this “Universal Healing Aid” is being embraced by people around the globe.
This relaxing self applied form of acupressure is simple to use and easy to learn.
It involves tapping gently or rubbing with the fingers while using a focus statement.

Dr. Eric Robins MD Discusses How He Uses EFT In His Practice.EFT is unique for several reasons: * An EFT Practitioner can conduct an appointment in person, over the phone or internet. * It is self applied and can be used individually or in a group. * People of all ages can learn to use it.
* Parents can apply it with their children.
* It is quick to learn, easy to apply and works fast.
* Newcomers don’t need experience to benefit.
* It often works where nothing else has.
* It can promote all types of healing by reducing the body’s physical and emotional stress load.
* EFT dissolves issues in a fast, fun and surprising way…and they often stay gone!!
An impressive percentage of the people who try EFT find it effective for problems both physical and emotional.
The official success rate is 80% but as a practitioner I have yet to meet a client who failed to get a positive result. Results like these are rare in the field of alopathic medicine and psychotherapy...but commonplace with EFT.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has proven successful in thousands of clinical cases. It has been used for all kinds of issues such as: stress related illnesses, test anxiety, chronic pain, cravings, phobias, sports performance, children’s anxiety, PTSD, poor self-image and more.
While no one can claim 100% success with all people and all issues, the high rate of success is impressive when compared to many other healing methods.
Even though EFT can not alleviate some problems, its value as a tool for reducing stress related to the problem is often still note worthy.
The best part; once you learn to use this anti-stress tool, it is yours, to use whenever you like.
Welcome to EFT for War Veterans (International) w/ Dianne
